Unifeeder Netherlands - Customer Service Feeder Specialist. Hamburg (F/M)

in Northern Europe and Mediterranean. We meet our customers’ expectations by
providing innovative and efficient transport and supply chain solutions.
As a dynamic team member in the Customer Service Feeder team in Hamburg your
primary responsibility will be to proactively process booking requirements from
customers resulting in the most optimal utilization of the vessels ensuring the customers’
demands and needs are highly prioritized.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Establish, maintain and continuously strengthen relationships with our customer
  • base
  • Naturally drive a positive/open dialogue with timely and constructive approach, even if/when things are not working out as planned
  • Set the agenda for driving positive developments with existing customers within the geographies covered by Region Central and Western Europe (together with the Regional Director and Direct manager)
  • Constructively engage/motivate within the team
  • Embed proactive booking management in the day-to-day execution within the team ensuring best possible utilization of vessels combined with maintaining high customer satisfaction (Uptake Management)
  • Actively participate and support corporate initiatives such as “Process Attack” or others
  • Actively seek good working relations, living the Company’s Values and targeting constant improvements
  • Ensure high focus on customer service quality, while striving for the highest possible utilization of the Unifeeder vessel/departure (Uptake Management)
  • Work constructively with colleagues/concepts to secure max. value of cross training opportunities and work load levelling within/between teams for personal development and improved productivity/service.
  • Hold close contact with internal stakeholders (CS teams in other locations, our SSC Team in Gdynia and HQ)


Your profile:

  • Dynamic profile with operational skills and profound knowledge in logistics, shipping and/or forwarding
  • Relevant Bachelor/Master degree and or Shipping/Logistics education
  • Track record with Customer facing roles/achievements preferred
  • Motivation in optimizing processes, while also enjoying the unexpected challenge or change
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers
  • Analytical capabilities
  • Sense of urgency
  • Service excellence
  • A timely and constructive approach
  • Living the values of the company
  • Business fluent English and preferably Dutch
