ZIM Netherlands B.V. – Customer Service Coordinator.
To support our great Customer Service department in our Benelux organization we are looking for an all round professional with at least 5 years of professional experience either with forwarding or working in a liner agency.
EXPORT
- Communication with Log departments on allocation and schedules
- Completion of clearance procedure and data entry
- Export demurrage process
- Full booking process including the planning Land Transportation
- Full export documentation process
- Other communications with customers
IMPORT
- Customers service import (from notification till release)
- Import demurrage process including agreements coordination
- Other communications with customers (follow up etc.)
CROSS TRADE
- Issuing documents , billing and collection of charges
REQUIREMENTS
- A flexible attitude, can do approach, team player
- At least 5 years of professional experience
- Commercial mindset and proven track record
- Eye for process improvements
- Knowledge of customs documentations is a pre
- Languages : Dutch mother tongue – proficient in business English, German is a plus
- Proficient with IT systems and particular with MS Office
