ZIM Netherlands B.V. – Inside Sales Coordinator.
To support our sales department in our Benelux organization we are looking for an all round professional with at least 5 years of professional experience either with forwarding or working in a liner agency.
SALES
- Generate new businesses via tele-sales
- Prepare quotations
- Create/Update agreements and tenders in the respective system and communicate them to affected parties
- Client relationships
- Forward client complaints/corrector and follow-up the resolution
- Create /Maintain good customer relationships
- Solve ad-hoc problems/transfer service issues to relevant departments
- Forward Telephone and email inquiries in standard subjects to customer info center or other departments in ZIM
- Performance measurements
- Monitor customer performance
- Comply with tracking and reporting requirements
- Account planning
- Update account plans/profiles according to A/O input
Main Activities
- Act as right hand of the account owner
- Gather and share market information
- Follow up on customer meetings/visits
- Act as internal point of contact for customers
- Analyze potential new customers information
- Maintain daily contact with Trade Management
