Position Overview
As part of our continued growth in the European market, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the Netherlands. This role is pivotal in expanding our customer base, strengthening client relationships, and promoting HMM’s comprehensive shipping services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow HMM’s market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international shipping and logistics.
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs.
- Present HMM’s service offerings and value proposition to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing in alignment with company goals and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the shipping, logistics, or transportation sectors.
- Solid understanding of deep-sea shipping, freight forwarding, and global trade dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
