Cargow – Customer Service Representative
Cargow is a Dutch shipping company providing a transport link between the Continent, Norway, UK, Faroe Islands and Iceland, where we work with leading professionals in the short sea and deep sea segments. We are an industrial carrier, offering liner service with container, reefer and project cargo capabilities. Due to expansion of our business, we seek a Customer Service representative for our Rotterdam office.
RESPONSIBILITIES?
- Receiving & processing of bookings for the service, both Import & Export (SB/NB)
- Arranging pre-/on-carriages
- Keeping our network of agents, terminals and vessels up to date on operational progress and processes
- Operational & administrative handling of import & export shipments
QUALIFICATION:
- Min 3-5 years working experience in a similar position
- Min MBO degree with computer literacy: MS Word, Excel & Outlook
- Good communication skills, written & verbal in Dutch & English
- Ability to organize, meet deadlines and multi task
- Service minded, accurate, flexible, taking responsibility, strong teamplayer but able to work independently
