HMM (Netherlands) Shipping B.V. – Import Documentation & CSR
Due to replacement of one of it’s employees , HMM Netherlands Shipping B.V. is looking for a new colleague to join our Import Documentation & CSR Team.

The concerned department consists of 8 persons of various ages/genders each with their own experience and scope of responsibilities.
The department is overseen by the Department Manager, considering the dynamic nature of the department we are looking for a motivated, pro-active, process-minded and representative team player, who is stress resistant with strong communicative skills.
PURPOSE OF THE FUNCTION:
FUNCTION DEMANDS:
- Education: MBO / STC
- Cargadoor I/II
- Languages: Dutch and English both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of and affinity with Microsoft Office and operational systems
- We would prefer candidates with at the least any experience within this kind of functions
BRIEF OVERVIEW OF TAKS:
- Control of all import related documents
- Correspondence with customs authorities (“ATO entries”, preparation of T1 MRN documents)
- Supervision on ‘Global Accounts”
- Operational and customs related activities through “Portbase”
- Solving disputes with both customers and colleagues
- Correspondence with customers and colleagues both verbal and written
- Any further “ ad-hoc” jobs belonging to the tasks of the team
SALARY INDICATION:
We offer a competitive salary with excellent secondary conditions such as a fixed 13th month and a Pension- and WIA insurance fully for our account.
